Before second world war...

Before second world war, women were been at home. There were not generation of opportunity for them by their own family members. Women were confined at home as the baby producing machine.
Keeping the house net, clean ,tidy and taking care of the family members was taken as enough job. The window of the modern society was not open for them. 
Husband do work for the money. Husband was consider to manage the house economical. And wife to keep the harmonious
relationship between the family members and the relatives.


After the second world war, the women were no more women, they were mutated to the men in the sense that they want to be like men.
They like to push themselves in the way the men approach in the sociological and technological field.
 They don't want to be depend on the others income and likely to do job and want to become 
as one of the major income-able house holder. But let us still remember that they are still
taking care of the family members despite majority of men are quite free from these activities(primarily 
on the developing country). 
By lending themselves as a competitive manpower and as a mitigation  in the house:resulted them a "work overload". 

They neither can quiet the achievements that they want or neither their responsibilities on their family members and are facing the work overload.
To emphasis women participation , Government have been funding and investing many more money and organizing programs but
Women could not fully participate on such programs.

One of the reasons why such programs are becoming more failure and the women uplift is not improve is due to the work overload.

Existence of Traditional Education in present world

Nothing came to existence at a time like so the education system do. It have traveled a hundred thousand of years
to come to this present era of education. This modern society have not been more years since it is being reshaped.
The development of the "abacus" as a counting machine creates the modern world leaving the past world a thousand years
back. After it has been invented the counting of numbers had became much more easy. Now with progress and developed of
the computers and cell phone , the inbuilt calculator have made calculation more easier than the abacus did
before a few centuries ago.
 Our new education system heavily developed on the computer and Internet as to do our
daily work. Even the students of school now a days needed to work on internet to do the homework. Education system
 is modernized as much as more fashion being changed. The old ways of solving problems are being discarded.
But still also there are some countries that have been adopted the traditional ways of education. Don't doubt on that
those countries are not the underdeveloped or the developing countries but are the most economical, most educated and
 most advanced  on technological creation. They have been giving the traditional education ways and pattern to the students for not
making them less competent on the world market but also for the discipline and the process of learning education.One
of the country is Japan. They have been using the abacus for the arithmetic calculation. They have been giving the
education of the moral behavior and ethics on the school but also on the practical way. The students have to clean
class room from its bench,desks and floor to their utensils that they have food on their school. Its is compulsion from
their early class not from the higher class.
 The modernization of education creates the better world with the improvement of the traditional ways and method of
education and it is needed too. The research studies of various works help to developed of the
highly efficient technological machines and equipment in every sectors.

Technological Generations

The students now a days are highly advanced on technology. They play games on mobile and laptops.
We can see they spend more time on the chatting and more often many more earphones are glued in their ear.
In some ways they are becoming more in sociological. They most likely to spend more time on chatting
than becoming more friendly personally with their relatives. They make more friends on the social sites through
the typed words than the real one. One some point they are becoming more virtual. They find themselves more happy
